What are your shipping times?
Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday - Friday. After placing your order, your order will arrive within the following times:
United Kingdom: 7-10 Working Days
Europe: 7-12 Working Days
Can I return my product?
We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, but if you need to return your order, contact us within 30 day of receiving your order and we will provide instructions on how to return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective then we will provide a shipping label for you which you can download.
Can I change my order?
If your order has not been shipped out yet, we will be able to make changes to your order. Please contact us as soon as you can.
Can I Change My Shipping Address After My Order Has Been Placed?
Please contact us within 24hrs of placing your order and we will be able to get this changed for you.
How Long Is The Processing Period?
Order processing times are 1-2 business days.
Will My Order Come In One Package?
Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages that may arrive 1~2 business days apart.
Out Of Stock/Backordered Items?
If any of your items are out of stock, we will email you to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out. If the items are not likely to be restocked within two weeks, we will automatically refund you.
I Received A Damaged Item, What Do I Do?
We apologise that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your order.
Why Isn't My Tracking Number Working?
Often, tracking numbers will only function on domestic orders. If your tracking number doesn't work, please let us know so we can ensure your items were shipped correctly.
What Do I Do If Something Is Missing In My Order Or Is Damaged?
If any purchased items are missing or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can fix the issue for you.
Do you provide free return shipping?
For defective products please contact us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label. If you have changed your mind you are responsible for return shipping cost.
All products must be returned in the same condition they were received, in original packaging and brand new.
What is the restocking fee?
We do not have a restocking fee.
